Seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team in providing top-notch technical & customer support to global clients.
Key Responsibilities- Effective management of support systems, live chat, phone calls, support tickets/emails, and client communication.
- Deliver expert technical solutions for implementing, configuring, troubleshooting, securing, and monitoring Linux servers.
- Ensure smooth operation of web hosting services and servers to support business needs and end-user requirements.
- Implement robust security measures, including server hardening, scanning, and removal of backdoors, malware, and viruses.
- Stay up-to-date with web application firewalls, website security technologies, server performance tuning, and other related areas.
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking skills to resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with hosting control panels, Linux servers, and ticket management systems is essential.
- Proficiency in Linux command line, shell scripting, and other related tools.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, platforms, applications, search engines, DNS/bind, email, web servers, monitoring/NMS, clustering, rDNS, and email clients.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as Xen, XenServer, VMware, and Hyper-V is beneficial.
- Ability to manage customer VPS and dedicated servers, troubleshoot reported issues, and deliver excellent service.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in the web hosting industry and Linux server administration is required.
- A team player with excellent communication skills, able to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of computer operating systems, particularly Linux, is necessary.
- Maintain databases and server backups to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Highly skilled in problem-solving, with attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
