The Role
As a Senior Manager, Information Technology (IT), you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of IT systems and infrastructure within the organization. You will develop the IT strategy aligned with the company's overall IT strategy, considering future growth and technological innovation.
Responsibilities
- Establish a cost-effective IT strategy over 3-5 years to support the business strategy, integrating it with assigned business units for optimal alignment.
- Serve as the single point of accountability for all IT matters related to the business units, maintaining effective relationships with senior managers and influencing strategic IT investment decisions.
- Promote collaboration within the IT department, fostering a customer-centric culture and managing partner relationships, risk, service, and architecture.
- Ensure the delivery of the IT work program, projects, and services within agreed timeframes, meeting industry standards and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the IT budget, aligning it with business needs and strategic goals, and negotiate the annual work program with stakeholders.
- Prioritize safety and security in operations as fundamental operational priorities.
- Maintain an understanding of business and systems, identifying areas for business performance improvement and IT-driven innovation.
- Work with service management and suppliers to optimize relationships, deliver services, and plan budgets.
