Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to their inquiries, assisting them in locating items, and providing advice or recommendations.
  • Operate scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics to efficiently manage transactions.
  • Balance the cash register and generate reports for credit and debit sales to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Process payments, verify prices and numbers, and provide receipts to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Pack purchases safely to ensure they are protected during transport.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety.

Requirements:

  • A graduate or diploma holder with a strong foundation in customer service and communication skills.
  • The ability to communicate accurately and sensibly in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high energy level with strong customer service skills to deliver excellent service.
  • Basic mathematics and computer skills to perform tasks efficiently.
  • The ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with other team members to provide exceptional service.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • A helpful and courteous approach to resolving customer complaints.
