
Territory Sales Manager

Our company is looking for a highly skilled sales professional to manage the assigned customer portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing and will be able to provide market intelligence regarding competition, market behaviors, and industry trends. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the assigned customers' portfolio to ensure sales and collection targets are met as per the plan and/or assigned targets.
- Support and assist the Director of Sales in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecasts to support the procurement/supply chain team in arranging the required materials on time.
- Deliver targeted gross margins for the assigned portfolio/territory regularly.
- Develop new customers and revive lost customers to ensure continuous business growth in the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with the customer services team to ensure prompt and effective customer service for the assigned portfolio/territory.
- Provide market intelligence regarding competition, market behaviors, and industry trends; contribute to developing business plans and counter-strategies.
- Coordinate with the technical services team for timely complaint handling and prompt pre- and post-sales support.
- Ensure effective and timely use of CRM to keep data and portfolio status updated.
- Perform any other jobs, special assignments, or projects assigned by management or line manager.
