Finance Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Finance professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager Finance. In this role, you will be responsible for driving financial performance and delivering results-driven solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, then develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance.

  • Collaborate with supply chain leaders and finance teams to drive value creation through process improvements and cost savings initiatives.

  • Develop and manage the trade investment strategy to ensure optimal returns on investment.

  • Utilize expertise in SAP and Power BI to analyze data and inform business decisions.

  • Identify and leverage opportunities to improve working capital targets and deliver gross margin growth.

  • Drive strong trade investment controls and utilize insights to inform commercial decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a related field.

Skill Set:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

  • Commercial acumen with a focus on driving financial performance.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to think critically and strategically with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
