Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients for long-term business opportunities and sustainable growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales.
  • Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Upwork bidding.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and proposal drafting.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in IT, BPO, or digital services.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales or bidding targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
