Business Growth Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Growth Specialist with a proven track record in driving sales growth in the US and Canada software development market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business from US and Canada-based clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets as per the sales plan.
- Ensure seamless integration with support functions, including tele-sales, to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide critical insights to management for sales planning and forecasting activities, including prospect qualification and market intelligence.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales calls and visits.
- Identify and pursue potential customers to profile and qualify them for business opportunities.
- Develop detailed client SOPs to ensure operational execution and efficiency.
- Strong background in business development or project management, with a minimum of 3 years' sales experience within the US and Canada software industry.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to create and execute successful sales processes.
- Ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Results-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
