About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Personal Secretary to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage diaries and coordinate meetings, controlling access to executives as needed.
  • Book travel, arrange transportation and accommodations.
  • Organize events and conferences.
  • Remind executives of tasks and deadlines.
  • Screen phone calls and handle inquiries when necessary.
  • Schedule appointments and plan executive diaries.
  • Attend meetings, sometimes take minutes and prepare executives for meetings.
  • Respond to emails and correspondence.
  • Support project work by researching and writing reports.
  • Maintain office systems and procedures.
  • Cover for executives in their absence.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
