About the JobWe are seeking a skilled Personal Secretary to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities- Manage diaries and coordinate meetings, controlling access to executives as needed.
- Book travel, arrange transportation and accommodations.
- Organize events and conferences.
- Remind executives of tasks and deadlines.
- Screen phone calls and handle inquiries when necessary.
- Schedule appointments and plan executive diaries.
- Attend meetings, sometimes take minutes and prepare executives for meetings.
- Respond to emails and correspondence.
- Support project work by researching and writing reports.
- Maintain office systems and procedures.
- Cover for executives in their absence.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
