Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities, managing inventory levels, and coordinating logistics.

About the Role:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, utilizing SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Receive inbound goods, verify quantities, and update records in SAP.
  2. Prepare authorization slips for contractors and manage warehouse activities.
  3. Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring safety and security measures are followed.
  4. Fulfill orders to meet customer satisfaction and Perfect Order targets.
  5. Enhance dispatch quality by reducing customer complaints and improving processes.
  6. Manage inbound and outbound logistics, following FIFO/FEFO principles.
  7. Maintain equipment and liaise with MHE providers to ensure continuous operation.
  8. Coordinate with production for effective storage space management.
  9. Participate in internal and external audits and handle emergency situations effectively.
  10. Ensure the warehouse environment meets food and pharma-grade Quality Management Systems.
Special Projects:
  • Identify and address hazards, safety risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Pursue operational excellence while maintaining QMS standards.
  • Lead special projects assigned by supervisors or management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years' experience in stores & inventory management.
  • English fluency, both written and spoken.

  • SAP proficiency or similar ERP system experience.
