Job Description:

As an Affiliate Manager, you'll play a vital role in transforming the gaming industry. From building affiliate networks to managing media buying, your contributions will shape our global presence and redefine player experiences.


Responsibilities include leading and motivating the affiliate network, setting clear performance expectations, and fostering a positive work environment.


You will train team members, educate affiliates, monitor affiliate performance and results, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure optimal productivity and service quality.


Additionally, you will develop and implement training programs to enhance affiliates' knowledge of products, policies, and procedures.


Also, finding and developing new affiliates, expanding the network of promoters is a key responsibility.


Furthermore, you will provide support to VIP partners whenever needed.


Monitoring partners' performance, results, and building good relationships with all partners is another critical aspect of this role.


Finally, supporting partners through vertical integration by managing their social media channels in cooperation with them.
