About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Software Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting software issues, and ensuring seamless communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer complaints and queries
  • Identify and resolve software configuration and installation issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation for frequently asked questions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue escalation and resolution
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in software support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
