Application Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Application Support Specialist.
- Job Description: As an Application Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our enterprise applications. You will provide hands-on support to clients, enhancing their experience with our business applications. Your expertise in C#, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and SQL Server database programming will be essential in resolving technical issues and providing effective solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree or Technical Certification - A relevant degree or certification in a field such as computer science, information technology, or software engineering.
- Minimum 3 Years of Software Support Experience - Proven experience in software support, with a strong understanding of application development and maintenance.
- Database Programming Expertise - Proficiency in SQL Server database programming, including data modeling, querying, and optimization.
- Enterprise Application Experience - Familiarity with enterprise applications, including ERP systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
