Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM platforms, WordPress with in-depth knowledge of SEO, and a proven ability to drive results across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
  • Develop and manage CRM strategies to nurture leads, improve customer engagement, and drive conversions.
  • Lead and mentor a digital marketing team to ensure high performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
  • Proven experience in team leadership or project management.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.
