Store Manager Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage our store operations, including inventory management, sales, customer service, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage inventory, including stock control, ordering, and maintaining optimum stock levels.
  • Monitor sales activities and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to provide excellent customer service.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
