Job Summary\Helpers Report to the Head Administration and oversee the efficient management of administrative teams, including Operational/Maintenance personnel and Security staff. Assist in providing day-to-day support to the Head for smooth operations. \Experience in dealing with Office Administrative matters such as general purchases, company Asset maintenance, pool cars management, and daily routine tasks/security issues is required. Dealing with government departments like Police, Labor department etc., is also a key responsibility. \Additional duties include managing security issues and team closely with full responsibility, keeping update records of Diesel, Generator running and bringing Diesel for Genset, verifying fuel Consumption report monthly basis, checking and keeping an eye on Janitorial staff round Factory time to time on account of cleaning and workers discipline, visiting overall factory time to time for checking electrical appliances/equipment in regard of faults or cleaning issue and get it solved by Maintenance Staff, maintaining Service/repair all Company vehicles in coordination of Drivers Incharge, maintaining Company Assets List and upkeep maintenance/repair of all, supervising and looking after Carpentry & civil works after approving the projects, attending workers complaints for Transportation and solve within policy.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**\- Strong personality needed, with good interpersonal skills- Must have experience in similar role in a factory- Ability to manage & motivate team members- Effective report writing & communication skills required- Proactive & presentable personality- Punctuality and regularity is necessary.
