**Media Buying Manager Role Summary**

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead media buying initiatives, negotiate deals with vendors, and facilitate client interactions.

Job Description

The Media Buying Manager will be responsible for constructing airing deals, monitoring KPI clients and daily TV activities, tracking positions, droppages, and competition, and coordinating with support functions and strategic units. They will also prepare CPRP workings and reports, and coordinate with channels to ensure placements and reduce droppages.

  • Negotiate media deals for local clients.
  • Handle media vendors and facilitate client interactions throughout the buying process.
  • Execute both independent and coordinated media buying initiatives.

Responsibilities

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Construct airing deals.
  • Monitor KPI clients and daily TV activities, including ratings.
  • Track positions, droppages, and competition.
  • Coordinate with support functions and strategic units.
  • Prepare CPRP workings and reports.
  • Coordinate with channels to ensure placements and reduce droppages.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The Media Buying Manager will be measured on their ability to meet key performance indicators, including negotiation success rates, vendor satisfaction levels, and client satisfaction levels.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in media buying.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management and prioritization skills, strong analytical and numerical skills, a proactive attitude, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and media knowledge and system understanding.
