About the Operations Excellence Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee various aspects of operations, ensuring smooth and efficient operation across all geographies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate demand forecasts with all geographies and share with production teams, fostering effective collaboration and timely decision-making.
  2. Monitor and follow up on production processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards.
  3. Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations, ensuring optimal supply chain management.
  4. Work closely with customer service managers and order-to-cash teams to facilitate timely order processing and enhance customer satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams to align stock delivery schedules, guaranteeing seamless logistics and transportation.
  6. Optimize logistics and transportation to reduce lead times, improving overall operational efficiency.
  7. Design sales competitions at the national level using relevant KPIs, driving performance improvement and employee engagement.
  8. Identify opportunities to simplify and improve operations efficiency, implementing innovative solutions to enhance business outcomes.
Data Analysis and Reporting
  1. Collect and analyze data to generate reports tracking nationally defined performance metrics, providing actionable insights for leadership.
  2. Update Power BI dashboards in a timely manner, ensuring data visibility and facilitating informed decision-making.
  3. Ensure timely and effective data visibility for the leadership team, empowering them to take proactive measures.
  4. Develop reporting mechanisms with IT and cluster teams, including live secondary sales reporting systems, to drive business intelligence and strategic planning.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and data analysis tools a plus.
