Android Developer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Android developer who is passionate about pushing mobile technologies to the limits.

This position will involve working closely with our talented engineers to design and build the next generation of mobile applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop advanced Android applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Work with external data sources and APIs.
  • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
  • Fix bugs and improve application performance.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven software development experience and skills in Android development.
  • Publishing at least one original Android app.
  • Experience with Android SDK.
  • Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON.
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
  • Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
