
Project Coordinator – Operational Excellence

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project planning, commercial administration, invoicing, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the planning and coordination of site schedules to ensure 100% compliance with staffing and coverage requirements.
- Collaborate with operational teams to meet targets and ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including payment tracking, purchase orders, invoicing, and statements.
- Assist in preparing work-in-progress and management reports, analyzing financial data and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Develop dashboards for financial and operational insights, using data visualization tools to inform business decisions.
Commercial Planning & Invoicing:
- Monitor project finances, including payment tracking, purchase orders, invoicing, and statements while maintaining confidentiality.
- Prepare and submit invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of payments from clients.
- Reconcile financial records and system reports; produce monthly account analysis and summaries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years in project coordination/administration; 1–2 years of team rotation and administrative planning experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proven experience in financial tracking, reporting, and commercial administration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
- High integrity with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
