Job Title:

Software Application Operations Specialist

Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of social applications and short video platforms. This includes identifying and understanding user requirements, solving problems in a timely manner, and implementing effective operational strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure daily operation maintenance of social applications and short video platforms.
  • Accurately identify and understand user requirements.
  • Timely solve problems faced by users.
  • Develop and implement perfect operational systems.
  • Establish operation specifications and daily management processes.
  • Deal with breaking and hot events/news in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate project activities with product and technical teams.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • User viscosity and retention indicators.
  • Activity and engagement metrics.
  • Operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Detailed understanding of social applications and short video platforms.
