Marketing and Sales Manager Role

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration with a marketing concentration is required for this position.

We are seeking a Marketing and Sales Assistant who can work closely with the Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the marketing and sales department. The responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing all digital and on-ground marketing campaigns.
  • Assisting the Marketing Manager in planning and supervising marketing operations to achieve revenue targets for in-house training products.
  • Assisting in strategizing consultancy and personalized & corporate training marketing and ensuring timely execution.
  • Creating monthly digital media content planners and scheduling tasks from the team.
  • Maintaining the company's ongoing presence on social media platforms.
  • Analyzing market research and planning promotions, competitions, and other creative marketing techniques based on the research results.
  • Assisting in implementing marketing programs like trainers recruitment, volunteers program, brand ambassadors program, etc.
  • Ensuring updates, milestones, and case studies are published on the website.
  • Conducting continuous R&D for improving current operations.
  • Assisting in generating competitors analysis reports.
  • Creating sales and marketing reports.
  • Recommending creative and cost-effective promotional activities for both digital and on-ground campaigns.
  • Assisting in planning and strategizing new business opportunities.

Job Specifications:

  • Proven experience in digital lead generation from social media campaigns.
  • B2B and B2C email marketing expertise.
  • Broadcast SMS marketing capabilities.
  • Analytical skills using Google Analytics, Excel, leads & customers analysis.
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
