A Project Manager role is available for individuals with a proven track record of delivering multiple projects against competing deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop aggressive schedules that adhere to fast-paced timelines, with the flexibility to adapt as needed. Manage projects from beginning to end, including planning, execution, and cross-functional involvement in marketing processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Proactively communicate with key stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and marketing teams to ensure clear visibility into and accountability for upcoming milestones/deliverables. Facilitate SCRUM meetings and ensure the desired agenda is achieved by the end of the meeting.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks within project scopes, escalate, and drive resolution with the team. Monitor and control multiple projects in the Marketing Team.
  • Reporting and Scheduling: Provide daily status reports to stakeholders on actions completed and planned. Plan and schedule calendars with limited consultation, resolving calendaring conflicts.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of Project Framework and SDLC.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
