Job Opening: Lead Generation Specialist

Shift Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in extracting qualified leads from platforms like LinkedIn, Bark, and Facebook, and must have prior experience in lead generation for the design and development industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified B2B and B2C leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Bark, and Facebook.
  • Research, identify, and build targeted prospect lists.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to hand over high-potential leads.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize lead-generation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation (minimum 1 year).
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Bark, and Facebook scraping or outreach methods.
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Zoom Info, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and meet targets under minimal supervision.
