• Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Lady Health Visitor to provide high-quality care and support to women and girls in our community.

• Deliver Antenatal Care (ANC) and Postnatal Care (PNC): The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering ANC and PNC services, ensuring that pregnant women receive the best possible care during their pregnancy and after giving birth.
• Support Family Planning Counseling and Service Provision: Our ideal candidate will have the ability to provide family planning counseling and support services, empowering women to make informed decisions about their reproductive health.
• Provide Post-Abortion Care (PAC) and General Reproductive Health Support: The Lady Health Visitor will be responsible for providing PAC and general reproductive health support, ensuring that women receive comprehensive care and support throughout their reproductive lives.
• Ensure Safe Delivery Practices and Promote Facility-Based Childbirth: Our Lady Health Visitor will work tirelessly to ensure that safe delivery practices are followed and facility-based childbirth is promoted, reducing the risk of complications and improving maternal and newborn health outcomes.
• Refer Women and Girls Showing Signs of Mental Distress to Facility-Based Psychologists: The successful candidate will be responsible for referring women and girls showing signs of mental distress to facility-based psychologists, ensuring that they receive the support and care they need.
• Support Joint Activities Like Group Counselling Sessions, Awareness Campaigns, and Referrals from Community Welfare Committees (CWCs): Our Lady Health Visitor will work closely with community members, government agencies, and other stakeholders to support joint activities like group counselling sessions, awareness campaigns, and referrals from CWCs.
• Educate Women During Routine Check-Ups on Nutrition (Especially Mother and Child), Breastfeeding and New-Born Care, Menstrual Hygiene and Safe Practices: The successful candidate will educate women during routine check-ups on essential topics like nutrition, breastfeeding, and new-born care, menstrual hygiene, and safe practices.
• Support in the Distribution and Tracking of Clean Delivery Kits, New Born Baby Kits & ANC/PNC/PAC Supplies and Equipment: Our Lady Health Visitor will work closely with the logistics team to support the distribution and tracking of clean delivery kits, new born baby kits, and ANC/PNC/PAC supplies and equipment.
• Maintain Close Collaboration with Community Mobilizers for Referrals: The successful candidate will maintain close collaboration with community mobilizers to ensure smooth referrals and effective service delivery.
• Ensure Timely, Confidential, and Respectful Referrals to Women-Friendly Spaces (WFS) and Other Support Services (GBV, Legal Aid, Psychosocial Care): Our Lady Health Visitor will ensure timely, confidential, and respectful referrals to WFS and other support services, prioritizing the dignity and well-being of women and girls.
• Maintain Accurate Client Records, Ensure Data Entry in Patient Registers: The successful candidate will maintain accurate client records and ensure data entry in patient registers, ensuring seamless data management and efficient service delivery.
• Contribute to Service Utilization Reports, Client Satisfaction Surveys, and Data Quality Audits: Our Lady Health Visitor will contribute to service utilization reports, client satisfaction surveys, and data quality audits, providing valuable insights to improve service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
• Any Other Task Assigned by the Supervisor: The successful candidate will be open to taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to excellence.

• Minimum 2 Years' Experience of Conducting Surveys, Data Collection Exercises in the Reproductive Health/Family Planning Sector: Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience conducting surveys, data collection exercises in the reproductive health/family planning sector.
• Proficient in the Use of Tabs for Data Collection: The successful candidate will be proficient in the use of tabs for data collection, ensuring efficient and accurate data management.
• Must Be a Local of the Area in Which the Exercise is Being Conducted: Our Lady Health Visitor will be a local of the area in which the exercise is being conducted, ensuring deep understanding of the community needs and context.
• Must Have Understanding of the Structure and Workings of the Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Level Facilities: The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the structure and workings of primary, secondary, and tertiary level facilities, enabling them to navigate complex healthcare systems effectively.
• Must Be Able to Travel Extensively Within the Targeted Tehsil, With Some Travel (10%) Required Outside the Tehsil as Well: Our Lady Health Visitor will be able to travel extensively within the targeted tehsil, with some travel required outside the tehsil as well, demonstrating adaptability and willingness to go beyond their comfort zone.

• B.A/B/Sc or LHV/Midwifery Diploma: The successful candidate will hold a B.A/B/Sc or LHV/midwifery diploma, demonstrating a strong foundation in healthcare education and training.
