We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to create impactful visual content that drives donations. If you want to leverage your creativity to make a difference, this opportunity is perfect for you.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for crafting engaging static content that inspires people to donate. You will need to think like a marketer and focus on conversion rates.

You will work with our team to design posters, carousels, thumbnails, email graphics, and landing page assets. Your designs will help us raise funds for important causes and support marginalized communities.

To succeed in this role, you must have proof of creating effective content for paid ads. You should also understand key performance indicators like Hook Rates, CTR, CPC, and CPA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design compelling static content to encourage donations.
  • Create visual elements like posters, carousels, thumbnails, and email graphics.
  • Write persuasive copy for posters, carousels, and email graphics.
  • Select images for your designs by searching through client assets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of creating successful content for paid ads.
  • Understanding of KPIs like Hook Rates, CTR, CPC, and CPA.
  • Ability to write copy for posters.
  • Familiarity with tools like CreativeOS, Ugly Ads, Us v Them, etc.
  • Bonus: UX Design experience (not required).
