About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team. You'll report directly to the CTO and be responsible for driving systems architecture, technical execution, and team culture.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead the technical team and drive systems architecture.
  2. Oversee development and ensure timely delivery.
  3. Implement best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimizations.
  4. Collaborate with product teams and stay updated with technologies.
Requirements
  1. 7–10 years backend experience in PHP/Laravel (must-have), REST APIs, and Bash scripting.
  2. 2–3 years leading engineering teams with agile methodologies.
  3. Strong knowledge of React (preferred), cloud-native solutions, Git, CI/CD, and Linux.
  4. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
