We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the banking sector and a strong background in designing and implementing complex IT solutions. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for developing and implementing technology solutions that align with our business goals and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Architecture:
    Develop and design scalable, robust, and secure architectures for banking solutions.
    Create and maintain architectural blueprints, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
    Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  2. Technical Leadership:
    Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
    Conduct architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
    Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure banking solutions' highest quality and performance.
  3. Solution Development:
    Lead the design and development of end-to-end solutions, including integration with third-party systems and legacy platforms.
    Ensure the solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet the high-security standards required in the banking sector.
    Oversee the implementation of proof-of-concept initiatives to validate technology solutions.
  4. Collaboration and Communication:
    Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of the requirements and solutions.
    Present architectural solutions and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years as a Solution Architect.
  • Proven experience in the banking sector, with a deep understanding of banking processes, systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Extensive experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
  • Strong background in designing and implementing complex IT solutions, including cloud-based architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Skills:

  • Proficiency in architecture modeling tools and techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages, databases, and software development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Certifications:
Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar are highly desirable.
