**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our billing operations.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with at least 4 years of experience in managing billing systems.
  • Candidates with an MBA or MS degree in a related field may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and Execution: Review and finalize monthly meter reading plans for domestic, industrial, and commercial consumers, taking into account each respective billing zone.
  • Billing Operations: Finalize the billing plan for domestic, industrial, and commercial users and forward it to the IT department for uploading in the customer care and Billing (CC&B) application.
  • Quality Control: Supervise and monitor pre-billing checks, including preparation of adjustments for previous billing cycles, meter readings, and post-billing activities for domestic, industrial, and commercial users.
  • Internal Audit: Perform due diligence on the section by acting as internal quality control check and overseeing internal and external audits of the section.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the Departmental Head.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in finance and accounting.
  • At least 4 years of experience in managing billing systems.
  • MBA or MS degree in a related field may also be considered.
