Job Title: Upwork Bidder – Web Development & Design Projects

Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

Overview:

We are a graphic design and development agency seeking a talented and self-driven Upwork Bidder / Online Business Developer to help us acquire new projects from Upwork. You will be responsible for bidding on relevant jobs, crafting personalized proposals, and managing communications with potential clients to secure work in web design, WordPress, Graphic Design, and branding, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily search and analysis of relevant jobs on Upwork related to graphic design and web development.
  • Write customized, compelling proposals based on client requirements and our service offerings.
  • Maintain and update the agency's Upwork profile, portfolio, and reputation.
  • Initiate and maintain strong communication with leads until the deal is closed.
  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure accurate scoping and smooth handover of new projects.
  • Track and report bidding performance, success rates, and improvement opportunities.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and suggest additional services when relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive in an agency.
  • Excellent written English and professional communication skills.
  • Understanding of web technologies and graphic design.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and match them with our services.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
