Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Translation Empire PK. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality results.

Key Accountabilities:
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget.
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and ensure that project milestones are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage project dependencies and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including project sponsors, business stakeholders, and development teams.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed project plans and schedules, manage project scope, budget, and schedule, and identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to identify solutions to complex problems.
• Experience with project management software and tools, including Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools.
• Project management certification, such as PMP or Prince2, is a plus.
