Technical Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist with expertise in Odoo and Python to support our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support for Odoo applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Assist with configuration, customization, and implementation of Odoo modules.
  • Diagnose technical issues and leverage Python skills for solutions.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with development teams and communicate client feedback.
  • Document support cases and solutions.
  • Conduct user training and create instructional content.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Odoo ERP support.
  • Proficient in Python and familiar with web technologies (HTML, CSS).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
