Database Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Administrator to manage our database systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the performance, integrity, and security of our databases.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in SQL and experience with database management tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain databases to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop processes for optimizing database security and minimizing downtime.
  • Maintain database standards and create reports, visualizations, and dashboards.
  • Create and manage data warehouses for custom reports via third-party APIs.
  • Guarantee data is stored securely and optimally.
  • Manage database access and implement high-speed transaction recovery techniques.
  • Perform performance tuning of database systems and minimize downtime.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot database errors/queries and recommend emerging database technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong command of SQL and database management tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of database security, backup, and recovery standards.
  • Understanding of relational and dimensional data modeling.
  • Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
