Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing and completing the entire recruitment cycle to hire individuals for various roles within our organization.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs of the roles to be filled.
- Manage the overall hiring strategy of the organization to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Identify and implement effective recruiting methods using social media, job portals, job fairs, referrals, and headhunting.
- Proactively build a candidate pipeline by implementing strategies such as employer branding.
- Assess applicant qualifications through interviews, response analysis, reference checks, technical and language tests, and qualification comparison.
- Maintain communication with candidates regarding their application status.
- Keep recruitment data updated in the internal database.
- Fill vacancies timely and inform hiring managers of onboarded candidates.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the internal database.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in recruiting both technical and non-technical roles is preferred.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business, MIS, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
