Academic Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Support Specialist to join our team. As an Academic Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing academic support to students in various subjects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about teaching and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting one-on-one or group tutoring sessions with students, developing lesson plans and study materials based on students' needs, and monitoring and tracking student progress, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Tutor students in various subjects, including Math, Science, English, and others.
  • Develop customized lesson plans and study materials for individual students or groups.
  • Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress reports.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong knowledge in one or more subject areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
