About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge Generative AI (Gen AI) applications. As an AI Engineer at VisionX Technologies, you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying innovative solutions that drive business value.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and delivering Gen AI-based products leveraging strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into various applications and improve overall system performance.
  3. Fine-tuning LLMs and implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to develop powerful LLM-powered chat platforms.
  4. Optimizing LLMs for specific use cases and industries, customizing solutions to meet diverse customer needs.
  5. Troubleshooting and addressing issues related to language model performance, scalability, and integration.
  6. Implementing MLOps best practices to streamline the development, deployment, and management of AI models.
  7. Contributing to backend development tasks as needed, ensuring efficient integration of AI models into the overall application architecture.
  8. Demonstrating experience in engineering management and project management, effectively leading and coordinating AI projects.
  9. Collaborating with data scientists and engineers to preprocess and prepare datasets for training and fine-tuning language models.
  10. Fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
  11. Staying abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
