This is a key role for a strategic and creative thinker to oversee the development of our social media presence across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in managing social media, content creation, and influencer marketing, preferably within a direct-to-consumer or e-commerce environment.

Key responsibilities include creating compelling content, planning and managing content calendars, collaborating with the team to ensure cohesive messaging, and staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates.

Additional responsibilities include crafting engaging captions and video scripts, editing content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, and analyzing performance and optimizing campaigns.

The successful candidate will be fluent in English, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have strong copywriting abilities. They will also be skilled in creating and editing visual content using Canva and proficient in organizing UGC and influencer content in a structured manner.

Demographic relevance to the brand is important, as this role is suited to women aged 28 and above who naturally understand and can authentically connect with our core audience of modern mothers and caregivers.

Requirements:
