Quality Assurance Expertise
  • To ensure academic standards are consistently maintained, we implement rigorous quality assurance processes and comprehensive evaluation methods.
  • We develop Self Assessment Reports for programs in accordance with the requirements of the Quality Assurance Manual, while maintaining close liaison with external bodies.
  • A key aspect of this role is annual monitoring and evaluation, encompassing program monitoring, faculty monitoring, and student perception surveys.
  • The Quality Assurance Director will submit regular fortnightly reports on activities to the relevant authorities through the Registrar's Office.
Promoting Excellence
  • This position is responsible for fostering public confidence that the institution maintains and enhances the quality and standards of teaching, learning, research, and services provided.
  • An essential function of this role is defining clear and explicit standards as performance review references and informing stakeholders about required teaching, research, and service standards.
  • We aim to develop qualifications frameworks and learning outcomes by outlining attributes and abilities expected from holders of specific qualifications such as graduation, post-graduation, doctorate, or post-doctorate degrees.
  • Collaboration with faculty is crucial in developing program specifications, which are standardized sets of information clarifying the knowledge, understanding, skills, and other attributes students acquire upon completing a program.
Requirements

A PhD/MS/MPhil degree in TQM or a relevant field, accompanied by at least 5 years of relevant experience preferably in an educational setting.
