Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and tracking sales opportunities.

  • You will work closely with the marketing team and other members of the sales team to identify and target contacts within assigned industries.
  • Your primary focus will be on making outbound calls to qualify marketing leads and proactively generate leads and opportunities through cold calling and prospect follow-up.
Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as an Inside Sales Representative will include:

  1. Managing the initial steps in the sales pipeline, working closely with the sales management team to ensure a smooth sales process.
  2. Creating and maintaining accurate client records to ensure a clear history of client contact is available.
  3. Researching and identifying potential sales partners for our company.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales prospecting (cold calling and email marketing) in the B2B industry.
  • A strong American English accent to effectively communicate with prospects and marketing leads in the US and Europe.
  • Multilingual skills, preferably German or French.
  • A degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • The ability to prepare in advance for new possibilities and take initiative.
  • Strong analytical and organizing skills, proficient in using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • The ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions, coping effectively with complexity and change.

Nice to have: Experience in Pharma and IT related products.
