Job Description

As a key member of the Product Operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless functioning and optimization of our products and services. This team serves as a bridge across departments - product development, commercial, marketing, and operations - driving collaboration and alignment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of setting up and managing content on food apps, leading content strategies to ensure consistency and relevance. They will also be responsible for maintaining alignment across all in-app content sources, ensuring seamless experiences for users.

In addition, they will track and evaluate content performance post-launch, iterating and scaling up based on insights. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, provide product support, and coordinate product and feature releases.

This role requires a resourceful multitasker who can monitor product performance to spot gaps and inefficiencies, work with various teams to develop solutions, and implement corrective actions as needed.

The Product Operations team at our organization is instrumental in aligning various aspects of the business to enhance the performance and user experience of our food delivery platform.
