About the Role:

In this exciting position, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling a diverse range of incidents and requests, and collaborating with our SecOps team to ensure seamless IT operations.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Managing incidents and requests from initial contact through resolution, ensuring timely progress and clear communication with customers
  2. Categorizing and prioritizing incidents and requests according to team procedures, maintaining accurate records for future reference
  3. Collaborating with Level 2 support engineers on complex issues, working closely with stakeholders to resolve problems efficiently
  4. Developing and updating service desk SOPs, contributing to knowledge sharing and process improvement initiatives

About You:

We're looking for a dedicated professional with a passion for technical problem-solving, customer service excellence, and teamwork. If you possess experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online administration, and Azure Entra ID Administration, that would be a significant advantage.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must be able to handle duties outlined in the job description with minimal training
  • Proven record of delivering high-quality customer service in a technical support role
  • Strong technical skills, with a focus on Windows 10/11 OS, Microsoft 365 applications, and cloud services
