Email Campaign Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through personalized cold email campaigns, leveraging B2B data sources, and optimizing outreach strategies. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with business goals. Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRM and lead generation platforms is essential.

Responsibilities include source and qualifying B2B leads using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and other data sources; creating, managing, and optimizing personalized cold email campaigns to generate qualified leads; maintaining and organizing lead data in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools; ensuring all collected data is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date for effective targeting; tracking outreach performance metrics (open rates, response rates, conversions) and preparing regular reports.

Requirements:
  • Experience in cold email outreach, lead generation, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other lead generation tools and CRMs.
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation strategies and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, etc.
  • Excellent written communication skills for crafting engaging cold emails.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and optimize strategies.
