Risk, Compliance & Audit SpecialistThis role involves assisting in monitoring and ensuring adherence to compliance standards and policies by employees within the organization.
- Support the development of compliance standards and policies.
- Review commercial contracts to ensure compliance with internal guidance and approval procedures for pricing and terms.
- Engage directly with clients and vendors to review and adjust contract terms as necessary.
You will have the opportunity to deliver training sessions to international teams on compliance standards and associated standard operating procedures.
This position also involves conducting specific compliance monitoring activities and ad-hoc checks, as well as taking part in investigations of compliance incidents and internal disciplinary hearings.
The successful candidate will provide support in addressing daily compliance-related inquiries within the organization.
To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Business, or Economics, along with 2+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or legal operations.
Your skills and qualifications should include strong English communication skills, both written and oral, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
You will be responsible for providing results-oriented support and being able to independently find solutions for job-related matters.
