Customer Relations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and attention. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer feedback, identifying areas of improvement, and developing strategies to enhance overall ratings.

Main Objectives:
  • Delivering Outstanding Customer Service: Providing personalized and attentive service to meet customers' needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Analyzing Customer Feedback: Conducting thorough analysis of customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Anticipating and Meeting Customer Needs: Responding promptly to customers' needs and anticipating their unstated requirements.
  • Resolving Customer Complaints: Listening attentively to customers' concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinating Customer Arrivals and Departures: Managing the arrivals and departures of special customers (VIPs, SAs, etc.) to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Ensuring Effective Staff Communication: Facilitating communication between customers and staff to prevent misunderstandings and promote complete service recovery.
  • Promoting Customer-Focused Initiatives: Highlighting and promoting initiatives that focus on enhancing customers' experiences.
  • Leading the Customer Relations Team: Directing, coaching, and managing the customer relations team to ensure adherence to standards and operating procedures.
  • Evaluating Team Performance: Assessing team performance and producing reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

A degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field, combined with industry knowledge and proficiency in English, is essential for this role.
