About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our delivery efforts and ensure seamless execution of client projects.

This role involves overseeing the delivery lifecycle, managing client relationships, and providing strategic guidance to project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Delivery Leadership: Own the delivery lifecycle and ensure all client expectations and milestones are met.
  2. Client Management: Serve as the key liaison between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
  3. Strategic Planning: Translate business goals into actionable delivery plans.
Account Growth & Expansion
  1. New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the scope of services within the client organization.
  2. Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, talent acquisition, and leadership to develop and present proposals for new initiatives.
Team & Operational Management
  1. Team Guidance: Provide strategic guidance and oversight to project managers, engineers, and other functional leads.
  2. Culture Enhancement: Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture aligned with our values.
  3. Operational Efficiency: Monitor and enhance operational efficiencies across delivery pipelines.
Client Relationship & Communication
  1. Relationship Building: Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through proactive engagement.
  2. Regular Reviews: Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  3. Escalation Management: Handle escalations and provide timely, effective resolutions.
Strategic Delivery Planning
  1. Service Evolution: Work with internal leadership to continuously evolve service offerings and delivery strategies.
  2. Account Optimization: Identify opportunities for account expansion, optimization, and innovation.
  3. Client Needs Analysis: Maintain a deep understanding of the client's evolving needs and industry dynamics.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Required Qualifications
  1. A degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (a Master's is preferred).
  2. No less than 8 years of experience in technology consulting, delivery, or professional services.
  3. At least 3 years in a senior management or client-facing leadership role.
  4. Strong expertise in delivery operations, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
  5. Familiarity with agile methodologies, service management frameworks, and modern delivery tools.
  6. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
  1. Experience working with international clients and cross-cultural teams.
  2. Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
