Front Desk Officer

The primary objective of this role is to maintain a welcoming and secure environment for residents and guests within the building.

This involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.

  • Ensure the lobby area remains clean, organized, and aligned with the building's decorum.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping staff to maintain all amenities, including the GYM, Mini Cinema, Clubhouse, Swimming Pool, and public areas.
  • Address and resolve resident inquiries received via calls, emails, and walk-ins, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Monitor security operations, maintain visitor logs, and ensure compliance with building rules and regulations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for residents and guests, offering assistance and information as needed.
  • Collaborate with facility management to report any maintenance or operational concerns that require attention.
  • Assist in emergency response coordination, ensuring all protocols are followed efficiently.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between departments to maintain the highest service standards within the building.

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Google Suite, and have basic computer skills.

They should also be able to perform various office tasks such as filing and organizing, and possess strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and previous experience in receptionist duties, customer service, or related field are preferred.

The ideal candidate will be based in Lahore and be available to work night shifts, including Ramadan timings.
