Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Accounting and Tax Professional to lead our accounting and tax functions in Pakistan.

This role is part of our global operations, ensuring compliance, transparency, and continuous improvement in all financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of group reporting, statutory filings (VAT, WHT, CIT), and maintenance of accurate books and records in collaboration with the Global Business Services team.
  • Responsible for maintaining Financial House in Order standards through continuous monitoring and health checks.
  • Leadership of complex projects under the Centre of Excellence, focusing on process standardization, control optimization, and sharing of best practices across business areas.
  • Delivery of structured onboarding and ongoing training for employees on finance and accounting processes, ensuring consistent understanding and compliance across the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, with strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting, tax, audits, internal controls, and process improvement within a corporate or multinational environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in people management, with a track record of coaching, talent development, and fostering team engagement and performance.
