Job Overview

This role focuses on developing impactful digital content that enhances the learning experience. You will design and develop e-learning materials, interactive courses, and multimedia assets using instructional design principles and adult learning theory.

Key Responsibilities
  • E-Learning Content Creation
    • Design and develop e-learning courses using Rise360.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine content.
    • Apply quality standards and learner-first design in all deliverables.
    • Develop assessments, quizzes, and knowledge checks to measure learning outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with training teams to align course design with program goals.
    • Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex information into easy-to-understand learning content.
  • Project Management
    • Coordinate with vendors or external partners for multimedia and design needs.
Skills & Experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
  • Strong expertise in Rise360, Canva, and Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning theory.
  • Ability to transform technical concepts into learner-friendly content.
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools is a plus.
