Job Summary:

We are seeking an analytical professional to fill the role of Business Intelligence Specialist. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, skilled in building data-driven dashboards, and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and trends to provide actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.

  • Translate complex data into clear, visual presentations and reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions through data analysis and problem-solving.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure business goals are met through effective project management and coordination.

  • Facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role is preferred.

  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Macros) are essential for success in this position.

  • Experience in creating dashboards using Excel and/or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio) is highly valued.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective stakeholder engagement.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are required for success in this role.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field is typically required.
