
Sales Outreach Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales outreach, comfortable in a call center-style engagement, and eager to grow in a tech-driven environment.
Preferred candidate: Female, with prior experience in telesales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential leads through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn. They will also qualify prospects and schedule product demos for the Sales Team, maintaining and updating the CRM with accurate lead data and activity tracking.
Additionally, they will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align on target markets and outreach strategies. They will follow up on inbound leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel, meeting weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential leads through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify prospects and schedule product demos for the Sales Team.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead data and activity tracking.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align on target markets and outreach strategies.
- Follow up on inbound leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, telesales, or working in a call center environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and confident in engaging with new people.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
