• You will conduct site visits and collaborate with regional teams to prepare comprehensive land survey reports.
• Oversee new construction and maintenance projects to guarantee their successful completion.
• Closely monitor project timelines and address any delays with contractors.
• Verify invoices and confirm adherence to TCF drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Systematically document worksite measurements.
• Perform site-specific soil testing and quality control checks as stipulated in contracts.
• Develop and submit detailed punch lists following thorough site inspections.
• Promptly report changes in project scope or budget to your supervisor.
